I love the color and the nail heads adorning the couch brings a touch of elegance to space it’s in. It looks exactly like the picture! The instructions were easy to follow and additional tools were required. The cushions are very firm, which is fine by me and my back! The company representative I worked with was very responsive when I reached out to request assistance. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and looking at adding pieces to the decor.

After I finally got the couch together, it’s very comfortable and nice, but problems beforehand. The holes were drilled off the mark, one of them by almost an inch. I asked their customer service if they could replace one part, and showed them pictures. They kept asking me to show them more pictures, so I gave them pics of several angles. Then they wanted me to circle and mark the places where the problem is (smh). It was pretty obvious, but it seemed like they were playing dumb. Finally they told me, to get another person, to hold it, while I had to force the screws from an angle and make it work. Hard to explain here, but I eventually made it work, but it wasn’t easy. Also there was a little cover tarp thing that showed it the assembly pic, that I never got. I told them, and again they played dumb, and I didn’t want to go through the ordeal again, so I just accepted what I got. So if you don’t have bad luck, and the couch is properly made, it’s a 5 star couch for the money, otherwise…

It was perfect for what I was looking for & it’s actually pretty comfortable! Putting it together was hard but it was also just me lol DEFINITELY watch the video on how to build it , it makes it wayyyy easier. I’ve gotten so many compliments already when I’ve had people over . & it does collect hair very easy also ( so keep a lint roll around )

I have only had the couch for 2 years & it started tearing in the past year, I take good care of my things. Just upset the soon I’ll need to purchase another couch .FYI: The leather is very thin & the velcro on the back is starting to give out as well.

Easy to assemble, cute, and comfy. Assembly is a two person job, but very easy to assemble. It came in four boxes, this sofa is great for small spaces I have a small living room and it fits perfectly without taking up too much space

Leather quality is very good better then my old one!! And I love how it’s in pieces this will make it easier to transport when I move! Recommend watching the video on assembly but it was very easy and straight forward put it together myself! And surprisingly it’s very comfortable!

9/10!! Looks and color is amazing.. only thing is it’s kinda firm when sitting for a while, but it’ll loosen up over time. Other than that it’s worth the purchase most definitely for a nice small sized apartment/ living room.

Overall this was a great value for the money. The couch arrives in four boxes which makes it easy to move through small hallways. The ottomon is a great bonus!The assembly instructions were a bit unclear at first but I figured it out after watching the video a few times! (Note that the washer and bolts must go under the cloth of the bottom of the furniture.)Highly recommend though!!
