Makes me question Maxi Cosi as a baby company
We bought this in preparation for the arrival of our first born. It looks nice and is from a well-known brand and it appears to check a lot of boxes. The height adjusts to match the top of the mattress on our bed (aprox 63cm off the floor) and the section underneath looks at though it will be useful for storing things. We can't comment on the comfort yet as it hasn't been used however it looks as though it should be firm enough. All the lining is put in with zips, which seems like a good design but certainly isn't quick to do, especially if you're wanting to travel with the crib. Once put up it does not feel very sturdy and a little nudge of the frame makes the whole thing shake. I can't see it working well with divans and ottomans (such as ours) as the horizontal movement doesn't click into place and will just slide back and forth - it needs the supplied cords tied to the bed frame to keep it in place which may not be possible on a lot of beds. Finally, when putting it together out the box it has these very stiff snap fasteners for clipping the edges of the material into place. When attempting to remove this from the bottom of the frame it sheered off (see pic). I was worried that this might happen because of how stiff they were so I wasn't using excessive force and it still happened!Overall I can see what they've tried to do but this is not a good product and it has too many design flaws for me to be happy about and I wish we'd chosen something different.

Good, but complete faf to collapse
Bought this before baby is due, so we've got a crib for the first couple of months. The mrs said shes googled it and its easy to assemble and collapse. So not wanting to wait 3 months before using it and finding out theres apart missing, I thought I'd build it, so if anything was wrong I could send it back. Its awkward to assemble. Then once assembled I thought I'd just collapse and put back in the carry bag. Oh no! To collapse it, it needs to be dismantled. Not what I was expecting for an easy store. Theres like 1 million zips to zip up and line up with, which is confusing as all the zips are close together. (ok 1 million zips is an over exaggeration, but still lots of zips and push buttons)Looks good though.Strudy.Delivery was slow, but it was ordered during a pandemic, so cant complain. All I can say is, there must be an easier collapsible bedside cot. Or a way to redesign this model to fold away easier than unscrewing it, and unzipping everything.

Do not buy, the bed is not flat !!
We realised when our baby arrived that this bed is not flat. My baby kept on rolling on the side (the one which opens towards our bed).

Slanted to one side.
This product slanted to one side. I re-assembled it over and over again, but it still did it. I felt this was dangerous, as my baby kept sliding to one side throughout the night and I kept having to reposition him. I would not recommend this, due to this one issue. Everything else was okay.

Don’t buy!
Please don’t be like me to ignore the other reviews. I got fooled by the good look and the cool idea of the basket under the cot but while the fabric is of a very good quality all ends there. The metal structure is wobbly and it is sure not levelled properly causing your baby slide to the side and possibly suffocating on the side. I ignored the other reviewers when they mentioned the problem as I thought it could be one or two off defective and how on earth baby will slide off such small angle? Well I was wrong. It is a very common problem with this cot and baby do slide very easily. I can’t believe it passed health &safety standards?!?!?! Don’t buy!
