WHITE SHOULDERS by Evyan - PERFUME .25 OZ MINI

I've been wearing this perfume for many years. This time, I felt the scent was off key. It does not have the fragrace that white shoulders is supposed to have. To make matters worse I paid more than I would have if the perfume vs. cologne was availabe in store, and the scent that it did have was not a good one. It's now sitting in my drawer. I wish I had returned it.
