Not sure what's going on with this brand anymore. I compared my old ones with this new purchase and was confused. I really hope the results are the same.

I was told by my DoTerra (oils) rep / Reiki practitioner that I should start taking these. I searched online to read benefits and there was not much. I went ahead and bought some from my local vitamin shop. I took one a day for over two years. I did not notice anything change for my body, my skin, or my nails. But I did notice my hair seemed a lot healthier. Then it hit me, I was not sick once the entire time I was taking these.Once I got pregnant, my Dr told me to stop due to not much knowledge on them. But once I stopped breastfeeding, I went back to one a day.Again, no sickness. I have a 4 month old and a 12 year old. So, my belief, is they are doing something for my immune system.I just wish there was more studies done so I can feel safer having my 12 year old take and convince my husband to take.
