Nice mug but too expensive, not marked bone china. Which is what I thought buying. Just doesn't feel like £20.00 worth. Lastly it comes from China so takes a while to arrive.

This item is false advertising, the price should be greatly reduced. There is no proper identification label to prove the actual quality

Very disappointed - ceramic Bone China - I believe it's a imitation. Has a stamp AWHome, but not stamped china or anything else, it's a regular cup. Definitely not worth the money. It's too annoying to return but worth less than half the price. I can say it was packaged great for shipping.

I really wanted to like this as the design/color is very pretty. However it was impossible for me to have my hot cup of morning tea in it (milk was also added in it, so it should have gotten cooler), given the cup is so thin, the sides of the cup got extremely hot. The handle did manage to stay somewhat cooler, but it was just not worth taking a chance on getting burned. So look at this as a pretty cup that gets very hot. Having little experience with china, I think I need to find a thicker cup, possibly one made out of ceramic.

I love these cups! I believe they’re only 9 oz, not 11 oz but I’m not giving them up. Perfect weight, look beautiful & dainty but don’t feel like they’ll break easily. Best description is think of your grandmothers best cups… Now enlarge them & modernize a bit.
