Hallmark 2-Movie Collection: Love on Harbor Island & Love Under The Olive Tree

Our family has been watching Hallmark movies for years. Overall they have been the most wholesome movies we’ve been able to find, but now they’ve gone the way of the liberal agenda. We won’t be getting any of these movies anymore.

Not happy at all with the sexual innuendo between the two male characters. Hallmark is suppose to be good clean family viewing. If this is where these movies are heading towards, I will not be buying or watching anymore! Very very disappointed!!

Had to give the whole set a 4 star rating. They were both okay but I didn't care for the female lead in "Love Under the Olive Tree". There just wasn't much to that story in any case. Interesting to learn something about the olive oil industry though. The scenery in "Love on Harbor Island" was lovely and the actors were good - again, the storyline was sort of thin but still okay enough to watch it again in future.

I love this movie but, I am in my kitchen most of the time and I watch my DvDs on my computer. This movie will not play on my computer, I am sending the movie back got a replacement already the replacement WILL NOT play on my computer. Does play on DVD player but that doesnt help me at all I dont have a DVD player in the kitchen. Been watching DVDs like this for years first time I ran into this problem.

I don't expect much from a Hallmark Movie to begin with but when the basics aren't met on all levels then it's a waste of time and money for the viewer.

Both have family friendly typical expected plots. We loved love under the olive tree. It was an A and would alone be a reason to buy this one. Love on harbor was a B+ and we will watch again. The best part in that one is the Adorable dog !

Hallmark just makes the best movies no matter what time of the year it is. Loved both of these movies.
