Won’t last longer than a year
Purchased and used this wok for a year already. It has already lost the non-sticky coat and become difficult to use. To be honest, this wok works well at the beginning but won’t last for more than a year. Considering it’s much higher price than the other non-sticky wok, I would not recommend it to others. I would rather spend $50 to get 3 cheaper ones and replace every year.

Never going to buy woll again.
The lifetime warranty and 3 year coating warranty is non sense. Basically it require you not use using high temp for the fry pan.Below is quoted from woll US distributor in US:"Non-stick cookware regardless of the brand is not meant for high temperatures. You should choose your cooking oils carefully to go with your temperature settings."Never going to buy woll again.

An excellent option as a non-stick wok that is induction compatible to compliment an induction-ready kitchen
Super impressive non-stick properties. The diamond coating conducts heat superbly. What I love about this wok, is how little oil you can use and still get away frying challenging content that will tend to stick on a normal wok.An example is Singapore-Style Rice Vermicelli (星洲炒米), on normal wok to avoid sticking, the surface must be hot and well-seasoned, before adding (a good amount of) oil to fry the rice vermicelli. Another tip is to pre-soak the rice vermicelli using warm or hot water instead of cold water, which also tends to alleviate the wok sticking issue. With the Woll diamond-plus, one can get away using a much lower frying temperature and minimum amount of oil. The WOLL wok supports a healthier style of cooking. But one needs to trade healthier eating with good "wok chi", which is difficult to achieve with the Woll wok, as it won't go on to a Induction Wok hob (see comments below) and with a flat-surface induction cooktop, there is only so much energy (typically <2kW) that the wok can convert into heat. What I do not like about this wok is that it only comes in flat-bottom version and the wok diameter is too small...Flat bottom wok is not very good in terms of supporting the "pow wok" action, typically exercised by the chef during super high-heat & short duration cooking to toss the food vigorously in air whilst stir frying. The fact the the WOLL wok has a single handle appear to suggest it is a "pow wok", but the flat bottom impedes the "pow wok" action, which only work well with a round bottom wok.The WOLL wok diameter is so small, if I try to put it over my commercial 5KW Induction Wok hob, it sinks into (and sit on top of) the bottom of the concave ceremic bowl and not supported by the stainless steel support ring for wok support. In this regards, it is not ideal for use with the more heavy-duty induction wok hob. Being induction compatible also renders the wok's ability to be able to generate heat only from the bottom flat surface (which gets conducted to the sides), as this is where the steel insert is located; compared to a cast iron wok, which will generate heat on the entire concave surface exposed to the induction field. For absolutely good "wok chi" results, the WOLL still cannot beat a good cast iron well-seasoned wok on a commercial induction wok hob. Hence I would not try frying (乾炒牛河) Fried Beef Ho Fun with the WOLL wok, because it simply cannot reach the type of temperature required to impart sufficient "wok chi" to cook a Fried Beef Ho Fun to the required standards...the dish may look ok, but the the taste just wouldn't be the same as the one I cook using a cast iron wok, over the same induction wok hob.As long as the buyer is aware of the limitations of this WOLL wok and use it specifically for the designed intentions, it is an absolute great non-stick wok that can take relatively high-heat (compared to other non-stick), yet without any TEFLON to worry about. The wok surface also appears to be very durable and retains its superb non-stick properties, as long as it is being immediately wash with warm water after the cooking process with small amount of detergent.I would highly recommend the WOLL Diamond-Plus Induction Wok as a supplementary wok in any induction kitchen to augment the main cast iron pow wok, when a healthier style of cooking can be selected as an option for a given recipe.

I love it, a convenient small wok for stirring fry ...
I love it, a convenient small wok for stirring fry and stew up to 4 servings. It is light enough for one hand holding, even with my weak wrist. I have 3 Woll NOWOs and this is my 4th Woll. I like this brand, very durable and NOT Dupont teflon coating.
