A game changer for those of us that have a hard time swallowing pills
My doctor recently told me I have to increase my calcium intake. I ordered a different kind first but practically gag on them. They are big and round and not coated with anything to make them easier to swallow, as far as I can tell. This brand is what I will buy from now on. I can't begin to tell you what a difference these capsules make. And they are calcium citrate, which is one of the two types my doctor said to buy. (The other is coral calcium.) FYI, he told me to stay away from calcium carbonate because it is not absorbed as easily.

Easy to swallow capsules
These are capsules, not tablets, and that makes them easy to swallow. The size and texture of tablets make them hard to swallow.

Easy to swallow, but you need two for the 500 mg
PROS: These calcium capsules are easy to swallow. And they're a really good blend of three kinds of calcium which all help the body in different ways.CONS: One 500 mg serving is TWO capsules which, if you're also taking magnesium and vitamin D which are needed for better absorption of the calcium, makes for a lot of pills to take.
