This fits my Ninja perfectly. The original Ninja lid deteriorated after so much use, we found this and we are so happy. The fit is snug and fits like brand new. I received exactly what I needed, it also came with a small brush to clean the hard to get blade areas and the groves around the edge. It also comes with two replacement silicone rings. I have a 1500 watt Ninja and it usually blows the extractors I use in just a short time. Lots of power, I am using on my first unit (came with two units), but so far it runs without stripping sounds or blowing the bearings in the unit. I use this twice a day, and I am please so far. I went ahead and bought the warranty, so if it blows in the next few years I will send it in and hopefully get a new one, then we get to see if the warranty is worth it's price
