i love loreal serum b4 buying from amazon & still i love this serum after buying from amazon i love the fragrance of this serum..but iam disappointed with the package i have got leaked serum..the bottle was opened 1/4 were remained 3/4 were wasted by leaking..if it leaked then the money wasted..otherwise it was very good product..

L'Oreal Paris Total Repair 5 Serum is one of the best serum available in the market.I'm ordered this product for my mom, fragrance is just fantastic.One thing I have to clear, a lot of people complaining about this Serum because of quantity (this less filled in bottle ) but good to know the Bottle is quite over-sized and All filled upto red color "TOTAL REPAIR5' label line into bottle (Checked even bought from local Store), so don't worry about that...I hope you find something helpful in this review... Density of the serum is up to the mark. Best serum for frizzy hair at such a nominal price.

Worst product, it really sucks. Its a very good product, I have been using it form the past one year. But what I received now is a duplicate product. It's not like serum at all. There is no seal. It is filled with water. I lost my money. And this product is also not eligible for delivery

Package was intact. No damage. But after opening the package, it was seen that almost 50% of the bottle is empty n the cap is also opened not sealed.I think the problem is with the packing aresE3 reY where the loading is done.I had similar experience with couple of items in earlier cases too.I request Amazon to make some surprise visits to the packing area please where the materials are actualy sent for packing. Delivery boys r OK.Pl. replace the items with a new one immediatelyThanksAudits.
