Amazingly Better than the Rest
I just purchased the "Moji Curve PRO" after a lot of research on what massage stick to buy. The Moji is the bomb-diggity and blows other muscle massage approaches away. (BTW, this is the post I wrote in my blog.)I have tried the classic "The Stick" and that does a pretty good job (I would go short standard or short flexible if you buy this) And physical therapists also recommend using a roller to roll out on the floor, which I find incredibly painful and awkward. This found all sorts of painful areas, including muscles, fascial adhesions and trigger-points while being controllable.Great features: it is curved which makes it easier to grasp and contours with your body so that it is easier to get into your muscles, it has its own "weight," while not being heavy, so you don't have to press hard to get a lot of pressure, it moves in all directions because of the ball bearings so you can really get into a muscle or adhesions (the other sticks only go up and down), and I think it is attractive. I think the heavier you are, the less intense the pressure it will apply. But it has a lot of pressure to give.It says it can be used all over. It will get into your glutes, quads, hamstrings, angles, knees, feet, and neck. It will not be useful for your psoas muscle and I don't like it on my lower back. Your upper back will like it, your arms, and your chest (if you are a body-builder type), but you'll need partner help. My friends who also have muscle problems are playing with it at my house and are pretty amazed. The only way I would improve it is to have rubber-dots inside the grip area (the orange part). Most people won't want this and it would shorten the longevity of the product, but as someone with arthritis, I'd appreciate it. But don't let that hold you back. Worth it!

Great product!!
We love this product! We keep it in the freezer and it offers great pain relief for so many areas of the body! It’s slightly difficult to use in your own but definitely worth it!

All Hail the King of Massage Sticks
This is it. If you've ever wondered what self massage product to get from the sheer abundance of options then look no further; you've come to the right place.I had previously reviewed the 1st Generation Model (the now discontinued Moji 360) and praised it as the best stick product of its time; but the genius creators at Moji have crafted another masterpiece, listening to the fans and constructive criticism to do it the right way.Everything that we nitpicked at in the previous model has been addressed. The spheres no longer pull hairs, the stick is a couple inches shorter so it can now fit easily in book-bags, and the grip has been improved for some clever usage angles. But this model didn't stop at those shortcomings. It went above and beyond. The most important change is the removal of the small spheres that resided in the middle of the older model. Now, the big daddy spheres that populated both ends of the 1st Gen stick make up the entire massage zone of this new model. And they're bigger and badder. With the increase in sphere sizing and uniform placement comes something unbelievable; you simply have to feel it to understand. Smoothness. The bearings roll the spheres so smoothly across the skin that it feels like the fingers of a massage therapist. I cannot describe the feeling; the old model came close, but the improvements in this one are amazing. As far as effectiveness, you will NOT find anything on the market better than this for large muscle groups (hamstrings, quads, IT band, calves, arms etc). The unique design of the spheres allows you to roll across knots and tight tissue in such a precise way that no stick product is able to replicate. Combined with the smoothness, and relatively pain free "360 Dynamic Massage," I hereby decree this as the King of Massage Sticks.

Works well... for a week
Disappointed:(. Bought this hand roller and it works AMAZING. By far the best I have ever used. My legs have never felt looser. And I love it. Or *loved it. It worked well for about a week and the it began to creak any time I put stress or pushed down even slightly hard on the handles. the balls did not squeak, but the plastic itself did. Disappointing for the price point. Thankfully Amazon makes returns simple and easy. Unfortunately I may not be able to bring myself to by this particular model again. There's nothing like it out there and I wish it could have worked out.

I really like this self massager
I really like this self massager. I'm a physical therapist and have used numerous tools and gadgets over the years and this is my favorite for self massage. The ability to go in all directions really helps loosen muscles and allows for (relatively) comfortable cross friction massage. The four ball design is phenomenal for spine muscles as you avoid the bony points of the spine. I've also found the design advantageous to roll along both sides of bones without irritating the bone itself (clavicle, fibula, ribs). It does not pull my hair (1 inch in length) so I've used on my temporalis and suboccipital muscles with great results. I've only been using this for a week and a half and I feel quite a bit better and my overall motion from head to toe is not as restricted as it used to be. To sum it up, I've started recommending this device to patients and refuse to bring mine to work because I know I won't get it back.
