I really am not sure but what I can say is that I have carried it on rainy days and nothing happened to the bag or its contents..wiped right off

Q: I know this question has been asked but could you answer the question directly? Is this product 100% genuine leather? Yes or no?

It is eco-leather. So no, it looks and feels like leather but is not 100% leather. It’s a beautiful bag, and animal friendly. How could you go wrong with that.

Q: Can I purchase a replacement shoulder strap?

I had the same issue and took 2 clasps from a bag at home to the seamstress and had the new claps attached. I've been happily using my bag ever since. The manufacturer needs to purchase different (stronger metal) clasps. The ones I used were off an over-the-shoulder cooler. Cheap cooler, but awesome clasps.

Q: will the soft pink actually come with gold accents? half of the reviews show silver/blackish accents when the picture shows gold?
