これ、良いわ。嫌なことがありそうだと予想してたりとか、自分の鬱度に応じて飲む数を変えているけれども、これ飲んでから行った日はパニック状態に陥りにくく記憶もはっきりしてる。飲み忘れたらミス多発する程度には差がある。

使ってみて思ったのはカプセルがでかい！それを１日4錠なので結構飲みにくいです。ただ、不安に対してのアプローチには有効だと感じています。外出時にこれを薬にプラスして飲むと気分は落ち着きます。

Not a good product
This product intensified my anxiety and I would not recommend paying this product.

Somewhat calming
Definitely not as efficient as clonazepam to help my anxiety but it has a calming effect on me. Does not make me drowsy though so I don't think it would help me fall asleep. I might keep looking for something a bit more effective but in the meantime, this helps a little!
