It said it was gulf spec and would be covered under Samsung warranty , once received I can see that getting the Samsung vendor to service it might be a challenge. And hence I have taken the Amazon Helpbit warranty separately.

Great case, Have not taken it off my phone since I brought it.The message notifications are very useful ( SMS, whatsapp, email, gmail etc).As is checking the time and power level without opening the case.The music equaliser function, with skip / repeat track is also helpful.It does add a bit of bulk and hides how pretty the phone is but it's an expensive looking case so it still looks good. Also has a handy card holder in it and the ability to power share still works.The bad points are:A claspe to ensure it remains shut in your pocket would have been good. It rarely opens but would have been a nice feature.Charging is shown on the case but not when using a wireless charger. This again can be cover come (if you want it that much) by completing folding the case back so you screen is shown when wireless charging (only tried this on the official samsung wirelesscharger.Phone numbers but not names are shown on the case when you receive a call. Not sure why this is. This means you need to create an icon in the software that comes with the case if you cant remember numbers. I dont know why they did this and I am hoping that a software update may fix one day.If you want a folding case. I think this is probably the best one.

Sleek case that doesn't add much to the profile of the phone.LED lights and accompanying app to customise them are useful. You can take calls with the case closed which is good. Takes care of the camera bump too.Only downsides are that the case doesn't stay closed. It really needs something like this. I've ended up modifying mine with a fabric elastic strap to keep it shut otherwise the front flap can move and rub against the screen - so if you get dust or abrasive material in there it could get pushed around the screen while in your pocket.Not that people who buy the Note 10+ are likely to be that careless anyway. Though I can't believe the amount of reviews where people complain about a case after they drop their phone. No case can protect against carelessness.A note about magnets. There two in this case one front one back. Magnets interfere with the spen and digitzer slightly it seems. Samsung advise removing the case if you intend to wireless charge your phone.Bit expensive for what it is, but it works great.

When called, the display lights up. To accept call run finger across display. Icons show message type. Basic customisation of icons possible using an app. Charges wirelessly while attached to phone while phone is charging on wireless charging pad. This is my third samsung case of this type. Previously had led cases for note8. First one stopped working after a few months. I think I led the battery run down too much. With my second note8 case I was more careful, ensuring I closed the case while my phone was wirelessly charging. That case is still working after two years. I hope I get similar life from the note10+ case I now have. This case is double the price of the note8 led case and up to six times the price of a note10 led case! If it lasts it is worth it.

I've always had an original flip Cover to all my Samsung Notes I have bought. They're never disappoint. Worth Every penny
