I absolutely love this company. What I like the most about them is that their vitamins and supplements are all made in the United States, so far as I have experienced, at least. I have been told that the best vitamins should always include Vitamin A, B, C , D, and E. Anything beyond that is a bonus. But I think the bonus in these vitamins, along with all of other Solgar vitamins and supplements, is that they are always gluten-free and dairy-free. Again, this is my experience. I really don't like to buy vitamins and supplements from any other company if I can avoid it. And they are very affordable, which I appreciate!These vitamins are easy to swallow, and smell and taste like B vitamins, which is pretty standard among all multivitamins. I noticed there was some sort of extra coating that made the vitamin feel smooth on my tongue. This is a plus. Often I feel some sort of grit on the outside of a multivitamin. I'll be buying these again. Plus, you only have to take one vitamin per dose, and there are 90 vitamins in the bottle. It's awesome to be able to get a three month supply at this price point.
