Great backpack for city and daily use
When the backpack is loaded, the strap buckle can’t hold the strap tight. The buckle design needs further improvement. Otherwise, it is a perfect backpack for daily use.

Broken straps
What be more stars if the straps would stay put ....let me explain. The piece that allows you to extend and tighten the straps to your liking arrived broken so when I put on the back pack it loosens up and falls off.
