The bag was securely packed with an airbag inside to prevent denting or being squashed during delivery.It’s medium-sized, just the right size I was looking for. The body of the bag and the handles feel firm and sturdy, but the shoulder strap and the leather strip on the brand tag feel a bit weak. The shoulder strap is easy to adjust, and the buckle slides smoothly.Overall, I love my purchase, but I would recommend improving the quality of the shoulder strap and the leather strip of the brand tag.
