No, at this time Respironics does not manufacturer a size extra small. Look into investing in a Cpap mask cloth cover, they help with making a better seal.

Not sure exactly what you are asking but the small, medium and large masks are interchangeable with the head gear. I know because i had initially got a small mask but I had to purchase a medium and it fit fine.
