Works well
Works really well, forming rings with 1.5mm stainless steel rod, no problems

Sharp edges damage wire
Bought to bend and loop wire for model making handrails on model boats. The sharp edges on the groove half of the piers damages the wire badly. This would be masked by painting but wouldn't be any good for jewellery.

Do the job
These wire pliers and top of the range but they do the job very well and they come out very reasonable price. If they were to break I think I would buy them again.
