Q: Will this work with a Sonos beam?

Yes, this is designed for the SONOS BEAM ONLY

Q: I have a 75 inch samsung. there is 14 inches from the bottom mounting vesa screw to the bottom of the tv. will your mount work?

This is a universal bracket and you need to have a space of 4” under you tv to fit the Sonos beam speaker. If you are trying for a different sound bar then I am not sure but there are many slots for different heights.

Q: Will this work with a vesa 100x100 mounting hole pattern or is there an adapter that will make it work?

I'm not sure. Based on other reviews and comments, it does not look like it will work for a 100 x 100 VESA pattern without an adapter plate. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer and confirming. My use case is for a 50" Samsung 4K and 50" LG 4K TV. They have different VESA mounts but both are larger than 100 x 100. In my use case, the bracket works perfectly. Good luck!
