Powerful
This is our favorite brand of vacuum due to the light weight. This model however is very powerful with lots of suction and will move forward without any effort. Really makes the nap of the carpet look nice. Works well on hard floors just a little noisy.

Light weight and easy to maneuver
We have dogs and a cat who are major shedders. The upright I have no longer works as well as I would like on the area rugs and open floor spaces. The Oreck vacuum not only does wonders on the rugs, but also vacuums the hair and dust on the wood floors so much better than my old vacuum cleaner.

That the voltage is 120volts and not 240volts as advertised
The machine is not fit for purpose in the UK

It works as a quality vac
Excellent vac from a proven maker. It's 11 lb, swivel head etc as listed. There is no cord keeper on the bottom one on top ( Carry handle must be used). For a high price of 400++ , it has no tools extension wand etc. Buy a Shark or other vac for less and get more. It's a A vg buy if "like new" on Amazon etc for under 300.00.

110V ONLY - NOT SUITABLE FOR DIRECT USE IN THE UK
Prospective buyers please note that this vacuum cleaner is designed for a 110V supply. It cannot be used in the UK, which provides 230V, without a suitable transformer.
