So heavy
The title is a little bit of a complaint, a little bit being impressed. I have a fair amount of Le Creuset, and this feels at home with pieces of that quality. I foresee it lasting for a long time. It's a little hard to get in and out of the grill, especially full of food, but again, seems extremely durable, maybe for decades. Just be prepared for some heft.I haven't tried the griddle lid on its own, but it's just as massive as the kettle, and should hold heat like crazy. Also really cool to have as an extra surface to throw some bread or whatever on top of what's cooking inside.
