The hat was sent to me broken
The seam keeping the adjustable head strap on the back of the hat came to me torn off. Luckily I'm pretty crafty and should be able to fix it, but a brand new hat that has never been worn shouldn't be broken. The rest of the hat seems nice, the size fits well the colors are vibrent and it will work for my costume.
