The red dye runs badly.
The sun is very bright here. But this hat disappointed me when I wore it Camping and fishing, I was out fishing and I was sweating as there are no trees close to the lake as the lakes are all down with the drought in the west, so it got some sweat rings or sweat waves and when I got home I tried to wash the sweat out and the hat had already discolored where the sweat was, so I tried to scrub it and that didn't work either so I think the red dye is cheap and so now when I wear it one can see where the sweat was! I won't buy a red one again...

Patriotic good quality
This is a well made had, rich blue color, sturdy. Very patriotic as it has flag on the front, embroidered USA on the side and "America" on the back Very happy with it
