Q: I am 140 lb and a 34d or dd. Should I go with a med or lg? Thanks in advance!

I'm a 34D, but a little heavier, and the large feels great. I don't know how it compares to the med. I would say stick with a large if you borderline the DD range though.

Q: I'm a 34dddd aka 34f, would a L fit? I'm afraid if I went with a xl it would be to big around the rib cage. Don't know if cup Size would be big enoug?

I'm 34DD and the Large is better fit for me. I ordered XL also, but it was too big around my rib cage. This is not a very supportive bra. I wear during yoga and for walking; not good bra for running are more active sports or exercise. It is a very comfortable bra, but still gives the uni-boob look, which I hate...but what you gonnna do.

Q: Can someone tell me what the exact inch measurement is around the rib cage and the distance from the top of the shoulder strap to the rib cage. Thanks

I have the medium and have worn it several times so it may have stretched somewhat. Both measurements were taken flat. Across band: 12.5" Top of shoulder strap to bottom of band: 11.75"

Q: Bra cushions are addable? Support is strong enough for strenuous workout such as jiujitsu?

I don't see where you could add the cushions, but the bra is thick enought that I've had no issues. I am pretty chesty and have had no problems with strenuous work outs, jumping, running and punching and it offers great support and very comfortable.
