So, I only ordered these gummies because I wanted help with slimming my stomach down. I am a slim chick with a beer belly and I don't even drink beer. I ordered these about a month ago and have been taking 2 gummies a day with a little exercise here and there. I see a little improvement but I am going to stay with it to see better results, because change doesn't happen over night or within a month.At, first when I ordered and opened these gummies I thought I was going to throw them out because they SMELL AWFUL , unless you like the smell of vinegar, but I don't it was Nauseating. But, before throwing it out I figured I would taste it first, so I held my nose with my thumb and index finger and then held my breath....OMG, was I in shock, how can something that smells so HORRIBLE taste so GOOD. I mean Seriously it tastes Better than it Smells. They are Good, they taste like berry fruit snacks. The gummie itself is shaped like an apple and is THICK as Heck to chew, but once you get past the smell and how thick they are the taste is everything. Very Tasty Gummie.

So, I have been taking these gummies for a few months now. Initially I was looking for something to ease my gut inflammation and bloating from my Crohns. I can say it has definitely helped with my bloating, in addition I feel like it has helped me not feel so depleted energy wise as well. Another perk has been the assist in the appetite department. It suppresses it just enough you aren't thinking about food 24/7 and can help you maintain a healthy diet(it's easier to say no to poor food choices). I haven't experienced any of the negative issues other folks have mentioned and think the gummies taste good, barely a hint of apple cider taste, but they are "apple cider gummies" afterall. No aftertaste, almost candy like in taste. Price is very reasonable for the quality. I think they are great and just ordered another month supply.

Taste of the gummed were pleasant. Sugar content im sure is alittle high but for me it was fine. Feel alittle bit better. Feel like its working only had them for 3 days. Cravings have slowly started to go away. I'm satisfied will purchase again
