I really like this tool with stretching and using this for pull-ups. this tool is strong and sturdy and very useful and a daily tool used in my weight room routine

the hand loops are a joke. a 5 year old would have a hard time using this
The rope itself is nice enough I guess, but I don't have huge hands by any means and I couldn't get my hands in the loops.
