Awesome seasoning

Great Italian mix with a little kick to it. I use it on everything when I want a bump up from just oregano.

I cook (literally) every day, and am always on the look out for unique spices to dress up the flavoring of the meals I create. Recently I came across a similar product put out by McCormicks. When I went back to buy another bottle it was no longer in stock, so I turned to Amazon to see what was available and this is what I found.The biggest taste difference, and believe me when I say the difference in taste is Huge(!). This brand has added a heat component. This blend has added red chili pepper flakes! In my mind it’s pure genius! It’s also very easy to over season with this blend, so remember you can always add, but can never remove. With the cost of groceries these days nobody can afford to just toss a batch of food out and start from scratch.Happy cooking to all, and thanks for a great product!

I’m a chef and i wanted to try this. most seasonings have way to much salt and burn when you cook with it. this seasoning is PERFECTION. you can use it on a salad or toss a tablespoon in with the egg base for chicken parm

So spicy it wasn't edible. Ruined the dish for our child. Tried dialing it back, but same results.
