Love this brand overall...have difficulty with conditioners in general..this method of application gives much greater control over location and amount dispersed...hair is in great shape with this product..feels wonderful....silky... and this conditioner extends time between shampoos

I got a small free sample of this product from a chain store… I loved it and was expecting the same result. Doesn’t feel the same. I don’t know why, but doesn’t seem to do anything.
