This is my favorite contour palette. But the customer service if this company is amazing.! My first palette came shattered and I was so sad because I NEVER splurge on myself.. anyways I reached out & they were QUICK to help me and send me a new one. I appreciated that so much it made me feel like myself and my happiness mattered which isnโt always the case anymore.!
