AudioQuestSureGrip 300 BFA/Banana Plugs, Gold - Set of 4

I've bought speaker plugs from Amazon before, but when they arrived I quickly filed a return; they were cheap looking and had wear and tear on them like they've been previously used. The audioquest sure grip 300 was in a league of it's own. They're a bit pricey but once you take them out of the box you can tell they are quality. The gold plated connectors actually had the look and feel of real gold. The build quality is excellent and I found them easy to install.It might be my imagination but I felt like I detected some slight improvement in the sound quality of my Epos speakers. They are built to last and I get the satisfaction of never having to deal with bare speaker wires anymore

Not improvements on audio, as expected. These are intended to make your speaker connections look more "professional" and easier to manage. If you are an audio freak like me (changing and switching cables all the time just to get the most from my equipment) you'll appreciate these. A little "plastic" look but does the trick very well. The screws are great when it comes to get the cables tighten to the plugs. Recommended.

A little pricey but very solid connections. The surround plastic appears to be very solid.

At this price point I would have expected better quality from audioquest. The plastic case is not manufactured to tight enough tolerances for the wire strain relief to work well. The negative cases were better than the positive for me. I do not recommend this product, there are other options for half this price that use higher quality materials.
