Have a 30 inch waist and YXL fit just right. Wanted a snug fit very low on hips. Material is soft but looks durable. Pouch is ample though I'm not particularly big. I have another adult Shock Doctor Jock that I also like but this is a better fit. Did not need pocket and wanted to avoid the traditional type of jock material and look. I like how this one supports and is so comfortable could even wear as underwear.

Purchased it for running. Great support and fit very comfortable. Works great for staying cool and dry during my workout. Would definitely recommend it.
