Remove the spring!
Initially, the sping which was meant to dispense water was not allowing the flow of water. Once I removed the spring and the washer the water flowed as it was supposed to be. One star down for the sping functionality. Otherwise, it is a great product.

Do not buy this product as the fur gets collected in the water and it's difficult to clean it each time...u have to adjust and keep in the position only then the water flows ...i did not find it useful at all...

Very useful product
Life became easy!!I have four dogs and keeping fresh water for them is a regular thing. So I bought this and now I don't have to keep checking their water bowl anymore. Every morning I fill this dispenser and it is good to go for the whole day.
