Nothing I dislike about this amazing gel. Own a cafe and work in the kitchen - don’t know how many times this little gem has come to the rescue! Almost immediate pain relief. No running your hands under cold water. Can’t recommend this enough. Great on sunburn too!

Once the heat has been removed by tepid running water and I mean removed, so when you have removed your body part from the water and it doesn’t get hot again this stuff takes away the stinging pain with soothing relief

A small price to pay for something this good.
