Product documentation beyond awful
The product documentation is useless. The sentences in the instructions do not make sense. I can only guess at what the intent of the author was.

Vraiment pas recommandé.
Les fichiers .AVI sont illisibles, peu importe le lecteur que j'utilise. Les instructions fournies sont pratiquement incompréhensibles en traduction anglaise. Trouvez-vous en une autre, quitte à payer un peu plus cher.

Motion detection didn't work, couldn't read files after first use, could barely understand written instructions.
