Incompatibility warning for Mac users - the software won't run under Mojave :-(
Seems like a decent product except... the Samyang software required to operate it is actually a Windows .NET program which depends on the Open Source "Mono" application to make it work on non-Windows platforms. Unfortunately at the time of writing Mono has not yet been ported to 64-bit Mac and will not run on the current MacOS (Mojave).Mojave has minimal support for 32-bit apps, far less than previous versions, so it's possible (perhaps even likely) that Mono will work if you are using an earlier MacOS version. But you have been warned.

This Device Has Destroyed My Samyang 24mm F2.8 Lens
Beware this device can cause serious damage to your lenses. It worked perfectly well with a 35mm f2.8 update from Ver 2.0 to Ver 5.0 using its update, but when I tried to do the same for the 24mm using its update software to take my lens from Ver 2.0 to Ver 5.0 it aborted partway through and now will not recognise the lens at all.But even worse the lens is now not even recognised by the camera and will not focus or fire. This has cost me several hundreds of pounds if I am unable to recover my lens, for no fault of my own.Be very aware of the damage this upgrading can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Compact, Simple to Use, Good Purchase if you own multiple Samyang Lenses
I own 2 Samyang lenses for Sony E Mount and needed to update firmware on both of them. Unfortunately, you can't do this through the camera menus, like you can with native Sony lenses. This little USB dock is very easy to use - Download Software, Connect the via USB, Attach the Lens, let the Dock find and download the latest Firmware for the lens and voila, you're done. Its definitely worth doing a Firmware update, especially for Autofocus improvements with Sony camera bodies. For example, I noticed a better Eye AF performance on my Samyang 85mm f1.4 lens.I kind of wish this USB Dock was less expensive, or you could update using your camera, but for now this is the only option.

A bit expensive
With two Samyang lenses to update, almost worth it, but it's a high price for a unit which might only be used once every couple of years. But likely to buy more Samyang lenses in future.

Huge improvement to my Samyang lens
I'm writing this review and I am very impressed with what this did for my Samyang lenses. My 35mm F2.8 was on version 1 and eye focus was limited to the centre of the sensor. After applying the version 4 update the lens started focusing on the eye towards the egdes of the sensor. It really was night and day.
