Premium Stainless Steel Steak Knife Set of 4 - Rust Free, Serrated for Easy Cutting - Heavy-Duty, Sharp, and Durable

Purchased Nov 2020. Beautiful design with hollow handles, thus not too heavy and is the perfect weight. So sharp that I use it for food prep. Slices easily through steak, raw veggies and everything else I've used it for. With the discovery that many kitchen and household products are made from black recycled electronic waste that is highly toxic to our and the earth’s health, I threw out my cheap kitchen knife with the black handle and am very happy with this purchase. Most definitely worth its price. I hope these hold up over the years and expect them to judging from the construction and durability thus far. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

It looked like they were cutting bricks with the ones they sent me. They were as dull as butter knives. Luckily I have a Work Sharp sharpener to repair the edges. The blade steel is a good rigid steel that takes an edge easily. There is very little flex in this steel, witch is what I like in a blade. The handles are OK if you have hands like a four year old. If your hands are normal adult size, you won't like how small the handles are. Very difficult and unsafe to hold on to securely.

These steak knives have an elegance about them. They look great at a place-setting and are nice and sharp. The set we received needed to be honed for a couple of minutes each before use because the edges had very slight roll (or bur?) from manufacture, but they are nice knives.

These knives are absolute junk. The ends have fallen off of over half of them, the blades are made of crap steel and will not hold an edge. Other than being worthless, they're great.

These babies are samurai sword Sharp! Wanted something without the traditional black handle. Nice feel, and nice satin finish looks. However, they are showing small rust spots after a few months... disappointing.

The quality of the knives was outstanding. Came razor sharp with a mirror finish. The knife is very comfortable to use and has a nice smooth wood finish for the handle. If you are looking for reasonably priced steak knives, I recommend these ones.
