Good piece of equipment.
Allows me to do many exercises from home, triceps extensions , chest flys, back rows, etc.I hang it from my weight bar in my half squat rack, would need something sturdy to hang it from, also I wouldn't push how much weight I put on it , 50kg seems about maximum to me , so I just do single arm back rows to keep the weight down .

Great piece of equipment
This is excellent, I've been training all my life used lots of gym equipment, I can honestly say for home gym use this is first class strong durable, you can put up to 100kg on it , my kids use it and love it , highly recommend

Smooth and seamless workout. You have to provide your own weights.
My pull up bars are ceiling mounted which allows me to hook up a pully - I'm doing 2-3 sets every day at about 70 lbs.
