Great Tool
This is a simple but amazing tool. 5 stars for sure. Well built/great quality. Make sure you really need it. May require removing upholstery from furniture and that may not be something you want to do yourself.

Makes an impossible job possible
Very helpful for reattaching springs after fixing a sofa frame. Difficult to maneuver if you're using it on an upside down already upholstered piece- would be a lot easier on a completely disassembled frame. Subtracted one star because it is not as safe as it could be- sinuous springs slip off the hook from time to time so keep your face out of the way (trust me, a stretched spring slipping off and snapping back to catch you in the chin does NOT feel good). A way to lock the spring in where you grab it would be great to prevent injuries.

If you need it, it's worth it
It's a simple contraption so it seems a little overpriced, but it also works well and it saved me a much costlier trip to an upholstery shop. If you need to stretch tough springs, definitely try using this first. I fixed a recliner with strong springs and it was quick and easy with this.
