I looked at multiple vendors before selecting Anepoch as a vendor for my Asus GL703V battery replacement. What sold me was Anepoch's reputation, combined with their packaging and inclusion of installation tools. The battery arrived well-packaged as advertised and the included tools made installation 'easy.' The battery is performing great. I would buy this product again.

great price. accurate description. battery life not so good. I've needed to install one of these every year.

The battery was working fine at first but is now dead. It stopped taking a charge after 2 1/2 months. The product page and in-box instructions say 1-year replacement, but with no phone number or contact info! How can I get a replacement?Update: Anepoch finally contacted me and replaced the battery after I left a 1-star review.Due to their customer service response, I have temporarily raised my stars from 1 to 3!If the new battery lasts for at least 1 year, I will gladly change it to 5 stars.

I bought this to replace the factory battery which had gotten old. Unfortunately this holds no charge and is worse than the factory battery.

Used to replace original battery, because my laptop is apx 5 yrs old and the battery was over heating often and barely holding a charge, this one fit perfectly and isn't heating up as much, it unfortunately only last about 10minutes more but the less heat is amazing.

Didn’t make it 6 months.
