The Blowing StoneGin, Crabapple & Royal Ginger Gin 70cl (42% ABV) Craft gin made in Berkshire

I thought I’d give this gin a try based on the recommendation of a friend. So glad I did.This is a really lovely tasting gin, with great smooth flavour, not harsh like some I’ve tried, especially with Fever Tree tonic and some cucumber. Going to try it next with an elderflower Fever Tree.I especially love the the enclosed leaflet with the story of the gin and what they have done with the brand; it’s quite cool. Even the bottle feels and looks quality.Nice touch to offer a discount on the other flavours; Crab Apple and ginger will be the next one to try.....

Had an opportunity to try and early bottle of this and I have to say, I am blown away by the quality and smoothness of this gin. It has the feel of something that has been lovingly crafted by a small bunch of real enthusiasts. A little pricey but worth every penny. This will be a regular in our house as we try and survive lockdown!!

Superb packaging and have to say, blown away by the bottle- it looks fantastic, love the detail and the design - a great addition to my collectionThis gin is certainly going to be added to my favourite collection, I ordered the London dry and have not been disappointed, it tastes fantastic - next order will be the crabapple and ginger.Also really love the history to the gin, the link between the location of the distillery and the historical events of the Anglo Saxons and vikings - great story to share with friends whilst enjoying this gin!Loving Hawkridge gins! During lockdown, I’ve become a keen amateur mixologist. This stuff punches through the tonic even with smaller measures. Very crisp and satisfying. The ginger version is also a winner. Highly recommended.

A really perfect blend with the aromatics but retaining the dry crisp finish. Complex but also restrained so you get a great balance of flavour. Trying to keep it hidden from the rest of the family !Cant wait to try the other flavours now. I think it will be crabapple and ginger next.

Absolutely outstanding Gin, full of flavor, smooth and crisp.... would be fantastic on a summers day with fresh fruit and ice, don’t think this one will last long enough..... highly recommend it....

I liked the flavours of the Gin , quite unusual , but very nice mixed with a good tonic , nothing more refreshing, also it looks so nice the bottle is very eye catching
