Good quality
I would recommend the Fat Daddio pan!It bakes up evenly and the pan is thick and does not warp. My cake bakes tall with a light crust, make sure to bake 25f lower than the recipe calls for because the pan can get too hot.One drawback: A new pan is porous and can get stained, see photo.When I got a second pan, I took the time to season the pan on all sides with a light coating of oil, baked it at 350f for 20 minutes, and let cool to room temp.Finally I washed it well with soap and warm water. The difference in staining is quite amazing after a quick oil treatment.

Well made - multi purpose
This cake pan is going to be used in a nonfood application. Its sturdy and has a nice rolled upper edge. If your baking a cake, tempering brass shells or have some other use, this might be just what you needed.
