This is the only product that works for me without getting a prescription! I notice the difference within 24 hrs of use. I lather up AFTER showering, then leave it on for approximately 10 minutes before washing it off. To pass the time I usually have my music on while I'm in the shower, so rinse after the 2nd song. I consistently use it for about 1 - 2 weeks every night for best results. I read that once you have tinea versicolor (TV), there is no cure. It's all about managing it. I tend to buy this whenever I'm about one month from going on vacation. I have TV mostly on my back and this soap gets rid of it just in time for me to wear a bathing suit without feeling self conscious.

I bought this hoping to get rid of some itchy scaly skin and what I originally thought was a skin infection. The soap didn't have much of a scent which was fine but it had absolutely no sudsing action. I tried with a wash cloth, a scrunchy, and even with my bare hand and no sudsing......Expensive bar of soap for no help.
