Colors off in picture
The photo of this yarn shows a rather pastel mix with soft peaches, golds, etc., but the yarn itself has a very golden base with slightly deeper colors. This is fine if you know what to expect. If you're a member at Ravelry you can hunt it up in the yarn base to get a better idea how your striped socks will turn out. It's going to make a fun pair of socks no matter what!

Hand-wash to reduce pilling
Nice yarn. I made socks with Mid-Century Stripe. I’ve machine-washed and line-dried them twice, and there is some pilling. From now on, I’ll hand-wash.
