Best invention EVER!
Waited a while to give a review to see if it worked. After spending almost $200 to have pest control bomb and spray my house with NO success. I bought these. Immediately seemed to work, then bam, one door front and back was covered in roaches. I used roach spray and instantly killed them. I am guessing they congregated to the one place where the signal wasn't as strong. I bought 6 but probably needed 8 at least. So, since them my roach problem is almost COMPLETELY gone and it's only been 2 weeks. I used an extension cord on most of them because most electrical sockets sit too low than what's recommended. Read instructions and reviews carefully and I think you will find this works. Before I tried these, I had a roach INFESTATION so I KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt these work. Also makes great night lights.

Plug it in and relax
Just plug it in and in a few days no pests...it's not quite the season yet but when they (flying bugs) come out it's a nightmare so I may amend my review at that time

Works great.
Haven't seen an ant or bug since I plugged the units in.

I love this heart rate monitor! 😀
This is the first heart rate monitor that I have owned or used. I ordered it as a Christmas present to myself as I've recently got into running and wanted to track my fitness progress more systematically. I have looked into GPS watches with built-in heart rate monitors, but buying a chest strap monitor and linking it to my phone with bluetooth during my runs was a much cheaper option. The heart rate detection is supposed to be a little more accurate with a chest strap compared to a watch, and my phone takes care of tracking the other stats like pace, elevation, route etc with the fantastic Strava app.The monitor arrived within two days and I was a little surprised at how small and light it was - it was posted through my letterbox easily enough. It comes with the battery already installed (it's a replaceable CR2032 watch battery) and there are no buttons or controls at all - it automatically turns on when you wear it and connect to it with bluetooth.Working out how to use it the first time took a few minutes, but was no problem because it comes with decent instructions. You simply don the chest strap, clip the monitor onto the front just under your ribcage in the middle and hook up to it with your wireless connection. As I said, I use Strava on my phone with bluetooth so I can't comment on connecting it to a watch or using ANT+ connection but it works very well for me. My phone detects it quickly and I haven't had any issues with the bluetooth connection cutting out.The strap has an adjustable length and is made from a very stretchy soft neoprene-like material which is comfortable to wear - you want it tight enough around your chest that it's not going to move of course, but it doesn't feel restrictive. I'm a male with about a 39 inch chest and it fits me fine, with plenty of extra length if I needed it. As I said, the monitor itself is very small and light too so it's not a burden at all. I've done both races and 3+ hour long runs wearing it and have never had any chafing or discomfort. I haven't had a chance to try wearing it together with a hydration pack or chest lamp yet, but it's so unobtrusive that I don't think it'd be a problem.According to the instructions you should wet the electrodes on the strap before putting it on to improve the conductivity through your skin, but I've found that it works perfectly well without. After your workout you just take off the monitor and dry the sweat off it with a tissue, then rinse the strap under warm water and hang it up to dry until the next use.I'm delighted with this product. I've used it for about a dozen workouts so far and it has been reliable and very useful. With this I can train in specific heart rate zones and get a more accurate calculation of how many calories I am burning in each workout. It's probably the most useful piece of running gear I have after my shoes and my phone, and one of the cheapest too. Of course, you can also use it for walking or cycling workouts etc. Not swimming though, as it's water resistant but not waterproof! Not a problem for me as I'm not taking on any triathlons (yet)!I can also recommend the seller as the delivery was very quick and I received a friendly follow-up email asking if I was satisfied with the product. In summary, I enthusiastically recommend this heart rate monitor to anyone who wants to take their workouts to the next level. I've found it to be reliable, good value and very useful. I now make sure I'm wearing it every time I lace up my running shoes!

Long Strap + DDP Yoga
Stretched pretty far, i'm 6 foot 3 and 30 stone and I can use it, Supports DDP Yoga Now, while neither the heart rate monitor vendor or DDP Yoga says it works it does work for me, just need to start the app first then connect the monitor to the strap, no issues when using it in DDPYogaNow on my ipad, so if anyone is searching for cheaper options for DDPYogaNow I can say it works for me at least.

It is excellent value for money at £20 for 2 boxes
I live in a very rural house with a cesspit. So rats could be attracted by the aroma! Spotted one rat, then two a few days ago. I did some research on YouTube before buying this package. It is excellent value for money at £20 for 2 boxes, and 2 types of bait, with free delivery for quite a large box. My YouTube investigations showed that you have to get the rats interested in this new thing in the garden, otherwise they will avoid it. I placed the baited box in line with their ‘run’, putting a few dollups of mango chutney in the entrances. After 24hrs I checked the box. All the chutney had gone, and the seed bait, but not the pasta bait. I replaced the seed bait, then put cut up apricots at the entrances. Checked it after 48hrs. Everything had gone, apricots, seed and pasta bait! Not seen any rats this morning. Just replaced the seed and pasta bait, with chopped up apple and Nutella, their favourite, in the entrances. They were very well fed before their hopefull demise. Rats are very intelligent, and extremely wary of new things in their territory. I think that the very small number of negative comments on here were down to thinking that this product on its own, would be a 100% cure. You need to place it directly on the ‘run’ , then tempt them in with their favourites. With so much success with the one bait box, I have not needed to put the other one at the bottom of my garden. Excellent product!

quality kit
having recently had some of our rodent friends decide it would be good to come into the conservatory, decided it was finally time to act having four large dogs that have previously killed rats, and the resident red kites buzzing about, the need for boxes and Difenacoum / Bromadiolone based poison was a bit of a must, as although not the most lethal poison, it carries far less risk of secondary poisoning over Brodifacoum based products.... products arrived, well packed, complete with a couple of keys, warning stickers for the boxes and a couple of info leaflets... after donning a pair of nitrile gloves (unfortunately none in this pack), I bated the boxes and placed strategically in a couple of areas where I have seen rats running, unlike some other boxes, the grain holders in these are fixed (far better) and can also be extended to carry 500gr of grain bait with the use of the included divider... I chose to fill both side pods with grain and to stick 3-4 packs of the pasta on the metal rod (note: do not remove the pasta from its little cloth / paper bag) and waited.... I was also aware that the rats had taken up residency in the block built shed, as they had actually chewed through the wooden door frame to get in (did not touch the newer door which I treated with real, old fashioned creosote)... I placed a largish screw into the inside of the door frame just above the hole they had made and retreated.... popping into the shed a couple of hours later, the two pasta bags had been split open and contents removed, so I re-baited.. the next time they actually took the whole sachet, not just the paste... during the course of a week, they freely took pasta sachets and grain bait placed in a small tray within the shed, then literally overnight they stopped feeding... the same day I found 3 dead rats without even making a concerted effort around the shed area, once it dires out a bit after dear storm Callum I will strip the shed and find where they were nesting, yes I had seen very young babies prior to baiting, .... so, off to check the boxes, one near the shed had no pasta left and the grain had been partially taken, the other further up the garden not touched, this has been moved to a different area and will be checked again in a week... since finding the bodies, I have not seen any rat movement at all near the shed or house, and only one or two at the far end of the garden, so the population has been affected... as a note, I bought some other poison from another supplier, and a couple of boxes (yes it is a largish garden, and does have a small stable block with overgrown small paddock to the rear, previous owner kept ponies, I use the stables for storage)... I went to bait up around the stable area using the other suppliers boxes, these IMO are not as good as the ones supplied in this kit, they do not feel as solid, have a smaller rod / baiting area and the bait tray is a thin plastic thing that can easily be moved / tipped inside
