SAFETY AND CONFIDENCE
The carrier has proved very successful with our one year old rescue cat who was and still is sometimes quite fearful of loud sounds, people it does not recognise and other things Jassy went to the vet yesterday to get her claws trimmed in the carry case. She was silent and comfortable in the case if the car and in the vet waiting room with other cats and dogs. It was easy to take her from the carrier through the "roof'' zip "door''. When the clipping was done she was keen to scuttle back into the carrier herself feeling it was a secure place. The only disappointing fact was the America price, the added GST after the advertised "price'' and the amount of money for postage. Dleivery took a very long time buy with COVID that is probably to be expected.

Doesn’t fit under the seat of an airplane
Great quality, very easy to fold and unfold and able to support my 20 lbs Boston terrier.Unfortunalety, be careful, because it doesn’t fit under the seat of the (Airbus 320) airplane AT ALL! But the flight attendant was very nice, so she told us it was ok, as long as we left our dog in the cage.

Affordable soft sides carrier
*HINT* Those black slats that add stability to the top are horrible to get in/out UNLESS you go in through the smaller of the two doors. The arched pet access with the harness clip is the easiest way to access those hidden pockets!! That was very important to me because I wanted to be able to fully colapsable this in between uses. For the price point of about $25-30, I caught it at about $25, I am very happy with this carrier. It has been sturdy through a couple uses and my Chiweenie loves it. He is a dog that enjoys 'safe' spaces, like puppy tents and such. This is the size carrier I was looking for and at about 13*8*8.5 measured by my very nonprofessional hands it seems it would be comfortable enough for most small dogs and all but the most husky cats.I took pictures of how to find the hidden pockets for slats that add shape and stability as well as both doors so you can see you have two options to get to your little wonderful buddy. If you are looking for a soft sided carrier, this is one to fully consider

Here's how to insert the plastic sticks
We have 3 cats that we take to the Vet regularly and they hate the hard carriers we have, so thought we would try this one. It was confusing on how to install the 2 plastic sticks at the top until I went back thru comments from other customers and saw one telling how to insert the sticks. Pull open the velcro and there is a slit there to insert the sticks...kinda hard to find and not real easy getting them in but I did and all is well. Go thru the zip down in front and pull that velcro apart feel for the slit and put the plastic stick in all the way to the back and then close the velcro. Hope this helps!
