Water-based Gloster Teak and Upholstery Protector is an almost invisible shield which helps to prevent food and fluids from penetrating into teak and Sunbrella outdoor fabrics causing stains. The Teak and Upholstery Protector also protects the wood and fabrics against moisture and adhesion of dirt and prevents mildew growth. After aging, the teak will weather to a natural silver-grey patina instead of turning dark grey. This product was previously known as Gloster Teak Stain Protector and the bottle had a red label.

Great product
Great product. Absorbs into the wood immediately and easy to use. Isn’t thick and gooey like some. Only complaint is price but bottle will last for multiple applications.

Great Product
The Stain Protector applies easily. I applied two coats because the wood surface are routinely subjected to the use of a large family and 13 grandchildren under 16. We have lots of BBQ's and eat outside much of the summer here in the Northwest. The stain protector has worked great in preventing staining of the wood from burgers, fries, salad dressings, etc. It is well worth the cost.
