We bought these 5.5" and 11.25" brackets for a custom shelf wall and shelves above a desk on an adjoining wall. They are very nice looking, easy to install, and super sturdy when mounted on studs. I love the shape and size of these. Makes shelves look like floating almost but with more stability. The part of the bracket that sticks above the shelves is easily hidden behind books and DVDs. Very pleased with our purchase!

These are thick, sturdy brackets that seem well made and perfect size for a 2x6 to fit into. They do come with mounting hardware but it's basically just black wood screws so you will need your own anchors if you are mounting into drywall or brick

Utilizing 2, I used these as a wall hanger for long items I wanted to store. They are great since they have a upturned lip.Wall moulding, paint poles, fishing poles, etc.
