The media could not be loaded.  First, I love that I'm still able to use our old weight bench with these weights. When we have this as a long bar, we're able to actually rest these weights on it. This also makes it so much easier to change the weight too. Next, the padding on this bar not only protects our hands but also ensures that even with sweaty hands, we don't drop the weights. I don't like using gloves and found that the padding not only doesn't cut up my hand or create blisters but even when my hands are sweaty, I don't feel as though I'm going to drop it either. The weights themselves are really heavy duty and easy to hold. Not only are these great for working out but after my shoulder injury, they have been a really great help when it comes to physical therapy at home. I love that I don't have to use the bar when I don't need to and they're still light enough that I don't hurt myself all over again. When it comes to switching out the weights, it's not only easy to do but even switching from a long to short bar is just as simple. Love that even when I'm using this, they don't come unscrewed either.

They're weights, thus they do what they're supposed to, and the concept of this weight/bar is a really cool idea. But, the quality is majorly lacking. Weights are typically CRAZY expensive, and these being not absurdly priced, you are getting what you pay for. Everything is sort of just made out of cheap plastic, so I am not sure I trust the middle bar to bear the weight of 44 lbs when it is all put together. It works if you put a hand on each side of the bar, but if you wanted to do shoulder pressed with the full weight, but holding it by the center bar, I don't trust the durability. Plus, many times the middle bar starts twisting and unscrewing making the two dumbells on the side sort of shaky and wobbly... But like I said, these are expensive weights, so you are getting what you pay for. If you are careful with them, they will hold up, but if you drop them (like a lot of weightlifters do) you are screwed.

This rubber-coated dumbbell is environmentally friendly and has a great design. The key won't damage the floor. The weight is really suitable. It looks very strong. The design of each part is very reasonable and there is no bad smell. This can be used with separate hands. It can be used as a whole with a connecting rod. The bell piece is wrapped with a plastic outer skin, which is not easy to scratch the skin. It has a variety of combinations and is very suitable for home use. This rubber cover is very good and has no hidden dangers. It is very convenient to exercise at home. Apply for a card to go to the gym. This dumbbell meets my needs for exercise at home. It is a very good product and the price is very affordable. I plan to buy another set for my roommate next week.

For daily weight-lifting exercise. Works just fine. The only downside is that it tend to loose as if the weights want to fall off to the ground. You just need to tighten it every time you want to lift and intermittently in the process. Overall, satisfactory! It works as advertised.

Straight from the box I spun it together. The grips are clean enough that my wiping them down gathered no debris. A few days for the plastic to finish out-gassing is in order. Maybe a day in the sunlight. It would be quicker to have two more lock rings to widen its barbell grip without changing the dumbbells. But that might defeat the strength of the three parts of bar threading together. Beyond that it's a snap. Just what I need.

Everything with these are as advertised except the connector bar. The listing says it's a 20 inch connector and I received the 10 inch bar. I am very disappointed with not getting what was advertised.

I absolutely love this dumbbell set! My husband gifted this to me, I was so super excited to do my first workout with the set and unfortunately I was missing a bar 😕. Which is what holds the weights on the end! This really is a great set, if all the proper pieces come in the box….
