Great Protection
My iPad Air needed protection from falls. Though the iPad Air 5th Gen is a bit easier to grip than very early versions of the iPad, it still is slippery. The STM Dux Plus Ultra Protective Case has eliminated my concerns. The case provides just enough friction to keep from sliding off your lap. It is a very snug fit, but I can't see why I would ever use the iPad without the case. The case's volume buttons require quite a bit of pressure, and it can be a bit awkward to hold down a volume button while pressing on the device's power button (necessary to take screenshots and to turn the device entirely off). The front cover can be lifted up and over the back of the iPad -- but it cannot be removed from the case; sometimes this feels awkward as well. Regardless, the case is sturdy, and it does the job it was designed to do. It is well worth the price for peace of mind.

Fabulous Protective Case for your iPad!
I love everything about this case--strong, durable and secure. I have a similar case for another iPad . I purchased the new iPad Air 4th generation last November. I received this new case in February 2021. It was well worth the wait!!This is the only case I would consider. I paid a lot for the new iPad. So, why not protect my investment with the best case? I would not take a chance with anything else. You get what you pay for. I don't have any regrets.
